The Strength Is For Everyone Expo is an opportunity for the community to come together around strength and health. We'll have challenges, lifting workshops, other educational materials, music, food, a moon bounce, and a live Deadlifting Competition to watch as well!And we want YOU to get involved!
Firstly, just to come! Bring the whole family, play games, enjoy the music, ask questions, and just enjoy!
We are also looking for entrants for our deadlift competition! If you are interested, message us for the signup link!
And FINALLY, if you are interested in sponsoring and/or setting up a table or activity, shoot us an email and we can talk further!
We're open to (almost) all ideas and suggestions, so if you have a way you think we can make this event even better, don't hesitate to reach out!
