Following the success of the last Strength & Stillness wellbeing workshop, I’m thrilled to bring you an extended New Year edition this January!
Take three hours just for you, a chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect through the beautiful practices of Pilates and Yoga.
Whether you’ve practised one and not the other, or already have a favourite, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to explore how both can complement and strengthen your body, calm your mind, and soothe your nervous system.
This is a whole body and mind experience designed to leave you feeling centred, strong, and restored.
