SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities.
Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress.
Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a
full-body workout with real results.
UPLIFT combines iconic hits from decades past and present with choreographed strength routines.
You’ll use weights, bands, and focused balance and mat work for a well-rounded workout.
If you have hand weights, an exercise mat and resistance bands, please bring these with you. If not, we should have some spares for you to borrow until you can get your own. 😊
Full modifications are demonstrated at every class, so even if you are new to fitness, or returning to fitness, this class will work for you.
We are a very supportive and friendly community, with absolutely no judgement. We promote positive body image and all of our customers tell us how much the group classes help with their mental health.
Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes that you can move around in.
