This class mixes cardio and strength training for a perfect full-body workout that is meant to push you harder and harder every time you show up. Intervals vary, exercises vary. Go at your own pace.Finish class with stretches that will aid flexibility and mobility.
Class will take place inside the Southlake Recreation Association clubhouse.
Participants must arrive PRIOR to class start time and bring a mat.
