Strength & Conditioning class starting Tuesday 10th September, suitable for ages 10+. The sessions will focus on gymnastics fitness, mainly working on core, body tension, plyometrics and explosive power. These classes will benefit any sport requiring speed, agility, strength and power.
Limited spaces available, please book in advance.
Pay £5 cash at the door.
Located in Penglais Sports Hall.
