This event is a collaboration between Know Thy Medicine's founder, Sandi Nizzoli, Encore Pilates and Sprig Herbals.
Sandi is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and clinical herbalist who specializes in creating custom herbal care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. The goal of this event is to provide you with an opportunity to nourish your body through movement and botanical beverage, engage with other women experiencing perimenopause, and learn from a true expert about the tools and herbs that can be used to thrive during this phase of life.
During this event you will receive:
A 50-minute pilates class focused on building strength during perimenopause, followed by an herbal cool towel at Encore
After class, we will take a few short steps to the private conference room at City Beach Organics for:
A guided perimenopause conversation with Sandi
A botanical beverage (included in your ticket) with herbal medicinal options from locally crafted herbal products by Sprig Herbals.
