-Dori Days will be featuring 6+ unique and familiar track layouts
-Madison Steez RC will be having a 1:10 rwd RC drift course set up for both days
-Pit Garage Sale for anything from trading cards to backshelf collectibles
-Car show on Saturday show from 10am -2pm (show open to public)
-We encourage you to turn your pit space into its own fun environment. Think like a back yard barbecue, Luau, living room, etc Person(s) with the coolest pit space will receive a trophy
Tech is our standard for previous events and is compliant to USAir's tech and safety listed on their website. Registered drivers must attend our drivers meeting every day
TECH:
-Car looks good
-You have good vibes
-DOT Helmet or better for driver and passengers.
-Seatbelt and or harness working and mounted in proper position
-no leaks, seeps or puddles
-reservoirs have overflow socks
-all lug nuts present
-no loose or broken suspension components
-working headlights and brake lights are a must for night driving
-car looks sick
-battery secured properly and positive terminals covered
-front and rear tow points on vehicle
-fire extinguisher mounted within drivers reach
-ZERO glycol in cooling system. (This means only water or water with water wetter)
-coolant overflow tank is required
-convertibles have a roll bar at minimum
--Rules:
Attire for all staff, drivers, riders and media: Closed toed shoes and long pants
Applies to ALL staff, drivers, riders, spectators, and media:
The use of any narcotic, controlled substance, performance-enhancement drugs, and/or recreational drugs, as defined by federal and/or state law, by any participant, is expressly prohibited, even if prescribed by a licensed physician. Consumption of alcoholic beverages shall not commence until all official functions of a specific series or event have been completed.
Failure to abide by stated rules will result in removal from venue without refund.
Regarding Drivers:
Things to check before allowing a driver to run the track:
Driver must have on the appropriate driver’s color/design wristband. Any person(s) without a driver’s wristband is not allowed to drift the course.
DOT approved helmet is on and fastened.
Seat belt fastened and seats must be securely and properly mounted
Appropriate tire pressure
No leaking or excessive fluids
No loose items inside the vehicle
No loose engine or suspension parts
Firm brake pedal
Working brake lamp is required
The windshield may not have any major defects and be clear for the driver to see through
Battery must be secured and all positive terminals covered
A coolant overflow tank is required
Vehicle must have fire extinguisher mounted within arms reach
Vehicle must have accessible tow hook
All lug nuts must be installed and engage a minimum of 4 threads of the wheel studs
Drivers are to maintain a 5mph speed limit in all pit and non-hot course areas.
Fire extinguisher (2.5lb ABC at a minimum) must be mounted within arms reach
Front and rear metal tow hooks
: *******Drivers must keep off the grass. If the situation is uncontrollable, DO NOT lock your brakes when driving into areas of grass. We advise you to roll into a stop.****

Regarding Media:
All media who are on the track must have a spotter.
SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE TRACK. Only drivers, staff and media .
All body parts (arms, hands, feet, etc) must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
If the vehicle fails on the course, do not attempt to figure out and fix the problem on the track. If needed, push it back into the pits.
When the designated drifting course has ended, do not attempt to drive aggressively thereafter.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS:
-The track staff requests that if you do not have a windshield on your helmet that you have some form of eye protection.
:DRONES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TRACK UNLESS YOU HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE TRACK OWNER:
FAILURE TO COMPLY TO ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM VENUE
