Street Dreams Car Show

In consideration of acceptance of entrants, participants and members of their party do hereby release and discharge Tracy City Center Association and its event sponsors of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to this program while participating in or in conjunction with this program and/or event. Each entrant expressly assumes all risks associated with the event and upon entering the event, voluntarily waives any rights, claims, actions or causes of action that entrant may have against any of the released parties from any and all liability. Event reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to dismiss anyone for unacceptable conduct at our discretion. All monies collected for participation in the Tracy City Center Association Car Show are non-refundable. With my registration and payment, I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event. I agree to the above terms.
