Get moving and have fun with these relaxed, energising street dance sessions designed especially for adults aged 50+.
Led by professional dancer Zoe Murphy, you’ll learn simple routines set to upbeat music while improving flexibility, coordination and confidence.
No experience needed – just come along and enjoy yourself. Dress comfortably.
