StreamMovement Fridays — Contemporary Dance Session & Jam

A 90-minute contemporary dance session followed by an open jam — every Friday evening in Angel, London.

StreamMovement techniques emphasise freedom of mind and body, strength of creativity and the power of kindness. This experience is all about connecting your body and mind with the body and mind of others in a kind and creative setting.

Led by Adrian del Arroyo and HuMo Theatre Company, each session explores:

— Somatic and sensorial warm-up
— Physicality and mobility routines
— Choreography phrases and HuMo company repertoire
— Partnering and contact improvisation
— Group creative tasks
— Centring, breath awareness and meditation

Whether you're new or experienced, all are welcome to come connect and flow freely.
