In this special seasonal gathering, we will come together around the teachings of the Strawberry, often known as the “Heart berry”, a plant connected with love, kindness, community, and living from the heart.
Together, we’ll slow our pace and deepen our connection with the Land as Tonya shares storytelling, seasonal teachings, and reflections inspired by the Strawberry harvest. We’ll explore the wisdom this beloved berry carries and honour its place as one of the first sweet gifts of summer.
Following our storytelling and harvest experience, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a joyful, hands-on jam-making session in a relaxed outdoor setting. Using fresh berries, participants will create their own small-batch jam to take home: a delicious reminder of the season, the teachings, and the beauty of gathering in community.
Come ready to listen, harvest, create, connect, and savour the sweetness of summer.
