The Strawberry Jazz Festival continues to be a free admission, free parking, free entertainment festival offered to our community.
The Community Arts Council of Kankakee County is thrilled to announce the return of our beloved Strawberry Jazz Festival at Northfield Square Mall. This cherished, annual event is perfect for the whole family.
Get ready for an unforgettable experience filled with Jazz and more! Over the course of two days, you can revel in free live performances on four different stages. From the grand main stage to the cozy Jazz Club, from the lively center court stage to the community stage, there's non-stop entertainment that you won't want to miss.
In addition to the fantastic music, you can explore a diverse range of handmade and reasonably priced items from talented artists and crafters. Whether it's art, crochet, photography, jewelry, stained glass, woodworking, soaps and lotions, or works from local authors, there's something for everyone. Don't forget to cast your vote and place bids on your favorite hand-painted bench.
For the young ones, the Kids' Creativity Zone offers a chance to showcase their talents, they can hop on the Strawberry Express or tackle the obstacle course for added fun.
When it comes to food, you're in for a treat! Local food trucks will be serving up a delectable variety, from BBQ to roasted potatoes, and even gluten-free options. And, of course, you must indulge in a strawberry-themed culinary delight!
