Strawberry Full Moon Sound Bath

Please join me for a soothing one-hour Strawberry Full Moon Sound Bath to help you relax, de-stress, and create a more peaceful and calm state of mind and body.
A Sound Bath is a meditative journey where you are immersed in harmonious sound waves. You can choose to lie down or sit comfortably as I use chimes, drums, gongs, crystal singing bowls, tuned pipes, and other instruments to create a serene soundscape.
During this session, I will weave together a tapestry of sounds that will calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and deeply relax your body. This experience is the perfect way to unwind on Sunday evening, setting a peaceful tone for the week ahead.
Let these sound vibrations guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to enjoy a tranquil moment of self-care. As you rest, feel the tension, stress, and anxiety melt away, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Sound Baths offer numerous therapeutic benefits, including:
Enhanced sleep quality
Improved focus and concentration
Support for meditation practices
Stress relief
Anxiety reduction
To make the most of your experience, please bring the following for your comfort:
A yoga mat for sitting or lying down
Warm blankets
A small cushion for your head
A bolster or pillow for added comfort under your knees
A bottle of water
I look forward to sharing this peaceful and relaxing experience with you.
Please message me, or email [email protected] if you wish to book onto the session as numbers are restricted and previous events have sold out.
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. To book your place (after I have confirmed availability with you), please pay £20 per person via Paypal to: https://www.paypal.me/tsingting.
Prior to booking, please do read the notes below.
Important Notes:
Whilst refunds cannot be made, if for any reason, you are unable to make the session, please contact me as it may be possible to arrange for your booking to be transferred to another session.
Please note that whilst sound baths are suitable for most people, if you have tinnitus or epilepsy it may be best to avoid a sound bath.
A sound bath is also not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy. If you have metal plates or implants in your body or a pace-maker, it is advised to first check with your doctor before booking.
Additionally, if you have severe or clinical mental health problems – please check with your doctor or mental health professional that a sound bath is suitable for you.
By making a booking you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing
