Ready to improve your wrestling skills this summer? Join us for the Stratford Knights Summer Skills Wrestling Camp! This camp is designed specifically for wrestlers ages 7-14 with 0-2 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation, gain confidence, and have fun competing on the mat.
📅 Session 1: June 24-25, 2026
📅 Session 2: July 8-9, 2026

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM each day

Stratford High School

💲 Cost:
$65 per camp
$120 for both camps
👕 Camp T-Shirt Included
Camp instruction will focus on four key areas:
✅ Positioning
Learn the keys to success from all three wrestling positions.
✅ Neutral Offense
Develop solid leg attacks, setups, and finishes.
✅ Scoring From Bottom
Improve escapes and reversal techniques.
✅ Top Offense
Learn effective cradles, tilts, and control techniques.
🤼 Plenty of live wrestling opportunities each day!
This camp is perfect for wrestlers looking to prepare for the upcoming season, sharpen their fundamentals, and gain valuable mat experience in a positive learning environment.
