About Your Host
Hi, I’m Nicki! Creative strategist, entrepreneur, and community-focused leader with a background in brand development, events, media, and audience engagement.
Over the years, I’ve founded and sold a brick-and-mortar business, scaled a local media publication, produced sold-out live events, and helped small businesses and organizations turn ideas into experiences people genuinely connect with.
These days, I lead community programming, private events, and strategy as the Director of Events at Magnolia Inn. I also co-founded The Unsanctioned Rehearsals Society, a community-driven theatre initiative built around creative partnerships and immersive performances.
I’m passionate about helping businesses move beyond transactional marketing to build stronger connections, deeper engagement, and communities people genuinely want to be part of.
