Info: In this second Masterclass session, you will learn how to bring the concepts together to finalize your strategic plan, and frame the action planning and strategic initiatives and resources required to successfully implement your plan. You will also learn how to develop the highly valuable 'One-Page Strategic Plan' for your organization.
