Moving from Insights to Priorities to Action
About this Event

A strategic plan creates value when it guides decisions, focuses resources, and becomes part of how the organization works.

This virtual webinar will help participants move from information and ideas to clear strategic priorities, supporting actions, responsibilities, milestones, and measures of progress. We will explore how to identify themes, make choices, distinguish strategies from tactics, and translate a multi-year direction into realistic annual work. Participants will also consider the relational and adaptive sides of implementation: building ownership, communicating progress, incorporating the plan into existing meetings and work systems, and revisiting priorities as conditions change and learning unfolds. They will leave with practical tools for turning a strategic plan into a living roadmap for action.
