A practical 2-day workshop helping First Nations land managers identify unused land, strengthen agreements, and create stable revenue.
About this Event

This workshop gives lands, managers and portfolio holders practical tools to evaluate land
use, strengthen agreements, and identify opportunities that increase revenue and support
economic sustainability for the future.

Workshop Objectives

By the end of the 2 days, participants will be able to:

  • Identify innovative and community-specific revenue opportunities tied to land assets.
  • Apply strategies that prevent lost revenue opportunities and strengthen land agreements.
  • Understand how to organize governance and decision-making structures for land management.
  • Evaluate land use opportunities that support long-term economic sustainability for the community.
