Hi everyone,
During the tour, we'll leave the historic city centre behind and bike to a less known side of Strasbourg : the Two-Rivers District.
This is a former industrial neighbourhood on the banks of the Rhine going through major urban transformation. We'll explore together and enjoy the sunset atmosphere ✨
What to expect :
- A bike drive through some of Strasbourg's most interesting areas in transition
- Some content about the industrial past and ongoing transformations of the Deux Rives district
- A chance to experience the golden hour along the Rhine up until Strasbourg's best sunset spot
Practical info:
- We’ll be using Strasbourg’s bike-sharing system. You can download the Vélhop app in advance and add your payment details (1.20€/hour), or we can set it up together at the start.
- The meeting point is the Vélhop station next to Broglie square : Impasse de l'écrevisse, 67000 Strasbourg
- The route is mostly flat, so no need to be an experienced cyclist.
- Please bring some water with you and a light jacket for the evening
