Are you looking to play cornhole for free, so you don’t donate to the players that make the podium?
Do you have a dream of playing in an ACL Pro Doubles Bracket? (I’ve had my day in the pro division and it’s one I won’t forget.)
Want some ACL Local Points?
Want some good beer (or light beer if you prefer 😊) and wings?
If any or all of these reasons appeal to you, here is a tournament for you.
8 week Bring Your Own Partner
Starting Wednesday April 9 and ending June 4 (skipping May 28)
Weeks 1-7 will be round robin style likely 4-6 games based on turn out
Week 8 will be a double elimination Championship Bracket seeded based on weeks’ 1-7 results
Must not miss more than 2 of the first 7 weeks to qualify for the Championship Bracket
Substitutes are allowed, no pro subs since they cannot win the prize. Please notify the director before the tournament what team a sub or subs is for
The team that plays the last week and wins the bracket is the team that wins the prize (i.e, if a sub plays, the sub wins)
As director, I will not be competing for the prize, but will sub for a team if needed or play with a player that shows up and wants to play any given week that doesn’t have a partner (please reach out prior to the day to make sure I have not been claimed)
This is a free tournament, anyone can play for any length of time. If you want to stop in for one week, two weeks, etc.. feel free to. Only those that meet the requirements above make the Championship Bracket.
ACL local points will be awarded as long as there are 6 teams, so come get free points

The Grand Prize includes, at a minimum, the opportunity to compete in an 8 team tournament at the World Championships that can earn you a spot in the Pro Doubles Bracket. There may be more prizes, including weekly and overall prizes from the Miller’s Ale House location (TBD).

Wednesday is wing night! There will also be a dedicated “bar” for cornhole players with special pricing on select drafts as well as can/aluminum bottles.

To play, you must have an ACL account, you can create a free one at iplaycornhole.com. Please set up an account prior to the tournament.
