Charlotte, prepare to get deliciously strange. For three eerie evenings, October 23–25, the Strange Charlotte Fringe Festival will haunt the Arts Factory near Uptown with the weirdest, the wildest, and the wickedest that the city has to offer.
Comedy, theatre, music, dance, mediums, storytelling, and the indescribable collide in a glorious séance of laughter, gasps, and delightful discomfort. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill performances—they’re bold, bizarre, and utterly unclassifiable.
Beyond the stage, the spirits stir with workshops, jams, and after-parties that keep the celebration of Charlotte’s peculiar performer community alive long into the night. With fewer than 20 carefully conjured acts, every show is a rare ritual of high-quality strangeness, surprises, and spectacular oddities.
