The Ultimate Winter Warmer! Join us for the 15th annual Stout & Chili Night on January 31st. Enjoy a celebration of bold flavors by pairing dark, complex stouts with hot, spicy chilis to combat the Chiberian chill. We are teaming up with our neighbor, so you get to explore the club brewhouse and relax in a tropical winter garden next door.Unique Small Batch Craft Brews
CHAOS brewers will have an array of delicious stouts and seasonal beers on tap to sample. We're also featuring a flight of six tropical ales along with some NA options to mix things up.
Chili Cook-Off Competition
We'll have a chili buffet with all the fixings set up in the brewhouse. You get to sample from 10 gourmet chilis and vote for your favorite. The top three chefs will be awarded prizes, and the winner gets their name added to our trophy. If you want to submit a chili, email us at [email protected].
