Storytime Yoga with Miss Tiffany- Feb

Take a morning to slow down with some self care. A 45 min yoga adventure with a Valentines theme. The practice is like a story, with participants acting as the characters as they go on their yoga journey. Class ends with a reading of a related children's story.
