Join us for an extra special Storytime featuring author and illustrator Beatriz Roman, creator of "The Shoulder Rider: A Storyteller’s Tale"!
Beatriz will read her beautifully illustrated book in person and share the powerful story of local Black librarian and storyteller Shirley McFerson, her family’s hotel listed in The Green Book, and the meaningful idea that we all stand on the shoulders of those who came before us.
