Storytelling is a powerful force for truth and hope in unsettling times. It can preserve tradition and memories, uplift our spirits, and calm our minds. When we share our stories with others, we give the gift of connection, inspiration, and “ah-ha” moments of insight. Together we are wiser than we know.
Join Recille Hamrell for a two-hour storytelling workshop at the Shelburne Vineyard. Recille will lead participants through the steps that give us deep access to our memories, the insight to reflect on them and reframe our personal narratives, and the confidence to share our story with others.
