Save the date, story lovers! Our next Story Slam is coming up Friday, January 23 at Olympic Theatre Arts 414 N Sequim Ave. The theme for the evening is Accidents. The event will be hosted by Nessa Goldman. They’ll be looking for ten storytellers from the audience to share a five-minute true, personal story on the theme. Everyone has an attitude, some people have great attitudes, and some are down right rotten. Sometimes something doesn’t play out the way you wanted, but all you need to do is change the way you think about it. Maybe you were the Grinch and all you needed was a little Whoville cheer to turn it around. However you think about “Attitude” we’d love to hear your story.
As always, everyone is invited to drop their name in the bag to share a five-minute true personal story on the theme. Of course, we need an audience, and everyone is welcome to come to listen, there is no pressure to be a teller.
Get your tickets early and save!
Doors open at 6:00 pm, and the show starts at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $15 online and $20 at the door. Cash and card accepted.
