Storytelling Meetup: Stories of PRIDE

Close out your Pride Month with Stories of Pride, co-sponsored by the Pride Community Center of North Central Florida! As always, this event is FREE but we will be encouraging donations to support the Pride Center's recent exciting move to a new home! So, how does a Self Narrate storytelling meetup work? As always, our themes are open to interpretation. We want to hear your story!
The first half of the evening will consist of 5-7 minute long stories that were submitted to us ahead of time, after which, we'll open the floor to anyone to share their story!
If you want to share or have any questions, please send a message to Self Narrate on Facebook or to [email protected] with a brief outline of your story (2-3 sentences). The reason for this is that it is best to prepare your story ahead of time, practicing how the story can be told in 5 minutes. (The time goes fast!)
We need your story submissions by Saturday, June 27!
This meetup will be held on Tuesday, June 30th from 7:30-8:30PM at The Bull!
