Refund & Credit Policy for Story District Classes

When you register for a class, we reserve your spot and stop selling it once the class is full. Because of this, last-minute cancellations can be a loss for us unless we’re able to fill your spot. Our refund policy is as follows, though an exception will be made if we fill your spot, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

1. 4+ weeks before the class start date: Full refund or full credit for another class
2. Up to 4 weeks before: 50% refund/credit
3. Up to 3 weeks before: 25% refund/ credit
4. Less than 3 weeks before: Within three weeks of the start date, refunds and credits are not available. Exceptions will be made if we’re able to fill your spot.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the best chance of filling your spot.
