Every great story starts with a question. On Saturday, September 19, your kid gets to answer one.

StorySpace Live is a hands-on storytelling adventure for kids ages 6–10. We roll out a giant paper "story map" across the floor, set out a handful of mysterious objects, and together the kids build an original story from scratch. A story that's never been told, and never will be again. As they invent it, they draw it right onto the map, watching their tale climb up one side of the mountain and down the other.

Every kid finds their own way in. Some will talk it out, some will act it out, some will whisper their idea, some will just draw and all of it counts. It's built so no kid gets left on the outside of the circle, and there's a cozy quiet corner for anyone who needs a breather along the way.

By the end, they've made something start to finish, and every storyteller heads home with a Cavehouse Supply Storyteller patch and a little something extra to prove it.

• $25 per family - one ticket covers everyone
• A caregiver must stay for the event - this is a drop-in, not a drop-off
• Space is limited - we keep the group small on purpose, so every kid gets real room to create
