Are you tired of being an "extra" and ready to step into the lead role in your life?
In this immersive workshop experience, you will be guided through creating your own hero/heroine's journey using the shadow and gift expressions of your Human Design as the plot, pulling archetype cards for supporting characters, bringing the story to life with paint, song or acting and having a ton of fun while doing it!
Get ready to transform your life with the power of personal myth. Let's claim your main character energy!
In this four hour immersive FUNshop, we will explore:
- how your personal narrative directly influences your experiences in the physical world
- the role of archetypes and meanings that form your subconscious beliefs, patterns and habits
- the shadows and gifts found in your unique your Human Design chart as an outline for the story arc of your own personal myth
- opening up to your innate fundamental creativity as an ally for transforming your subconscious mind with acting, paint, collage and storywriting (maybe puppets too?)
- how moving through this process in an intimate community setting creates a sense of belonging and personal accountability.

Who is story lab for?
- This is for you if you have just moved through a big shift or identity change in your life and you don’t want to fall back into unhelpful patterns you had before
- Story lab is for you if you have been yearning for a way to transmute the pain you have in your relationships, career, health, etc into gold that can heal not only you but the people around you
- Story lab is for you if you have lost connection with your inner heroine from a life of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, over-achieving and are *THIS* close to complete burnout
- Story lab is especially for you if you have learned about human design, possibly even gotten a reading, but are looking for an elevated and practical way to integrate the information into your daily life
StoryLab is a four hour immersive experience so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, bring any water or beverages you need, a journal and an open heart.
There will be comfortable mats and chairs available and some Light snacks will be provided.
