About this Event
"Sacred Alignment" is a workshop series designed to align participants with their authentic selves. By integrating somatic practices, healing art, and mindful movement, this series nurtures the body, mind, and soul. Each session delves into themes of sensuality, boundaries, and inner compassion, providing a safe space for growth and self-exploration.
Purpose: To create a sanctuary for women to explore their bodies' wisdom, cultivate self-love, and establish healthy boundaries, fostering holistic well-being and resilience.
There are only 10 spots available for this course, and tickets are first come first serve so please invest in yourself and save yourself a spot. You can Save 15% when you buy admission to all three workshops! Tickets to individual workshops are also available.

Workshop 3: Balancing Boundaries: Self-Care for the Holiday Season
Date: Saturday, November 16th 2-5pm
Purchase Tickets to this Workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to allow participants to identify and create boundaries with themselves and others this upcoming holiday season. Through connecting with our body, we are able to connect with our physical cues or responses to when something is or is not aligned to our authentic wants and needs. Then, through journal prompts and facilitated dialouge, we create a framework for building and honoring those wants and needs and becoming our most authentic selves.
