Designed specifically for children to combine fitness and movement with literacy and language. Stories incorporate yoga poses and movements into fun stories, fostering creative thinking, a love for reading, and an ever growing vocabulary.
Presented by White Dandelion Yoga
*Amanda Pieper is an RYT-200/RCYT yoga teacher with extensive experience and training in early childhood education.
SPACE IS LIMITED to 15 children per session.
