About this Event

William Brenner is a multimedia artist living in Brooklyn, NY. Kita is his debut graphic novel and has been a project near to his heart that allowed him to put to paper his passion for telling stories with meaning. Telling stories in the graphic novel genre has driven him to grow his technical understanding and abilities in multiple mediums, but Will's primary mediums are graphite on paper, watercolor, ink, and digital painting. His goal is to use the medium that best matches the mood and theme of the story being told.

Will grew up in New Mexico and moved to NYC shortly after college to pursue a career as an artist. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Film and Digital Media. He currently works as a freelance motion graphics animator and is the owner of Great Bellows LLC, which he founded to publish his debut graphic novel, Kita: Part I, Princess of Orith. Will's work was shown as part of the "It is good" art show. He has presented at Promise Christian Academy, and his animated work has reached an audience of tens of millions of people.
