Join us for an enchanting evening of Story & Sound on this winter evening

Our ancestors used to gather round the fire and tell stories to keep them warm through the winter. It is time to go inward dream and think in magic! These stories hold such wisdom and nourishment. They are maps from another time. We will finish with a sound bath to ease us into the night so that we may dream in magic.
We need these moments of rest to pause and digest all that we have been consuming. We are here in the heart of Winter and it is time to slow down. Sound baths can support our wellness, feed our senses and nourish our spirit. The Soundwaves encourage a relaxed state inviting the nervous system to move into rest and digest which can improve our mood and the immune system.
No experience necessary, just bring an open heart and mind. Limited spots available, reserve yours today!
Herbal Teas will be avaiable
Please bring with you anything to support your warmth and comfort such as :
Yoga Mat, Blanket, Cushion, Teddy Bear etc
