Stormy Wednesday is our monthly blues jam and open mic night, held on the first Wednesday of each month, bringing a raw, live music energy to the Sapphire Lounge.
Hosted by the Tyler Hauptberger Trio, the night is all about getting up and having a go. There’s a solid list of blues tunes to choose from and a tight live band ready to back you, whether you sing or play. Guitarists, drummers, bass players, keyboard players, harp legends - everyone’s welcome.
Prefer to sit back? Come down, grab a drink and enjoy the music in a relaxed, open setting. It’s all happening alongside our Beer & Burger night, making it an easy midweek plan.
Led by Wollongong’s Tyler Hauptberger - an experienced performer with over a decade on stages across Australia, the night is in good hands, with a mix of talent, spontaneity and plenty of blues.
