The emotional responses we experience as people are also reflected in nature: Rainstorms mirror teardrops, thunder echoes sounds of grief, and closing our eyelids mirrors the beauty in the sun setting in the horizon.

This sound bath journey is designed to help us embrace difficult emotions and challenging times in our lives, and to remember that the tough moments are as much a part of paradise as the beautiful moments. You’ll be guided through soundscapes that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation — reminding you that even the hardest moments are part of the paradise within.

Join this relaxing event to allow soothing sound vibrations from the crystal bowls, Ocean Drum, Gong, Chimes, and Native American Flute to wash away stress and down-regulate your nervous system from an emotional storm into the stillness of sound.

Please arrive to the venue 10 minutes prior to the advertised time to select a mat, use the restroom, and get comfortable. This ensures the entire group can start together at the advertised time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. Sound baths allow us to have extended time in parasympathetic mode to reach blissful levels of rest, relaxation, and calm.

We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Please bring your own pillow. (Sleep masks are optional but nice to have).

Feel free to to bring optional sentimental items to carry with you through the sound journey:

• Stones
• Crystals
• Prayer beads
• Photos, etc.

DISCLAIMER: Sound baths are not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal devices in the body, low blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, or people in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit.

Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside. Appropriate for ages 13+.
