⚡️Storm Spotter Class⚡️Join us for a storm spotter class on February 12th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Farmington Centene Center located at 2 Black Knight Drive in Farmington, Missouri.
Participants will learn how to identify and report severe weather features to the National Weather Service. The training is conducted by NWS meteorologists and covers topics such as storm structure, tornadoes, flash floods, hailstorms, downbursts, NWS technology and procedures, spotter organization and coordination, and safety considerations.
This is a free event, it is open to all ages, and no sign up is required.
