A dish can be food, or food with a story. We've had a bunch of potlucks throughout the years, but this time we are zooming into the food, and the story it brings along. Join us for a potluck where we gather around dishes that mean something to us. For this event, all participants will bring food with a story. Perhaps a dish that reminds you of childhood, of loved ones, of a special moment. We'll open the banquet with a small sharing, getting to know each dish before we dive in.18:00 - Arrival in the community space
18:30 - Opening circle in studio 1
19:00 - Banquet opens
20:00 - Open space for mingling, moving, dancing
21:00 - Goodnight
We strive to find the right balance between authentic and inclusive. If your grandma used to fry with pork fat, that's authentic. If you bring something vegan, gluten free, nut free, that's inclusive. Somewhere in between will do. We ask you to prepare something vegan or vegetarian. Generous portions will allow more people to enjoy your creation. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, things can get a little tricky. As a rule of thumb, bring something you know you can eat. Then we are sure you won't starve.
Please bring something already cooked and ready to eat. There is the possibility to use an oven and induction stoves if you need to heat something up. We will provide plates and cutlery.
