In honor of those who've served our country, this OKC StorySLAM is dedicated to the stories of our veterans and military-connected individuals. Join us for this community event to listen, learn, and understand the stories of those who've dedicated their lives in service to our country.
Founded in 2005, the OKC StorySLAM is a regular community open-mic storytelling event that’s open to all. Stories must be 7 minutes or less, somehow linked to the theme of "Stories of Valor and Service" true, and told without notes.
The audience will vote for their favorite stories of the night, and winners will be awarded amazing handmade trophies and lots of praise.
No fee to attend. Sign up begins at 6:30
