Join us for this unique fundraising event in support of Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick and the Charlotte Street Arts Centre. Inspired by popular podcasts like This American Life and The Moth, Stories from Home will feature an evening of storytelling on the theme of home. Our guest presenters will each share a personal story on the theme. You may hear stories of childhood innocence, family dynamics, tenacious (or generous) landlords, homelessness, neighbours and neighbourhoods...interpretation of any them can take limitless directions. But one thing is for sure, all the stories will be true!
Stories from Home marks the first (annual?) storytelling event organized by Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick and the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, two Fredericton-based charitable organizations that strive to meet the needs our community. All proceeds will be equally divided between these two organizations.
