Did you know?
The stop the bleed campaign is a nationwide push to educate the public on proper ways to help stop active bleeding from a wound in an emergency. With the rise of mass shootings and active shooter situations in schools, churches, public meeting places, and even office buildings, it is important that more
individuals are trained in basic lifesaving techniques. Stop the bleed teaches techniques that include applying a tourniquet, packing a wound and applying pressure while waiting for help to arrive.
Join the Corewell Health Trauma Department to learn the skills that, if needed, could save lives.
