• Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and any related activities, including but not limited to the guided facility tour of the Eco Auto Service Center, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that this event involves entering an active service facility, which may contain equipment, vehicles, and electrical systems that could pose risks if proper safety protocols are not followed.

2. I acknowledge that I have been advised to wear rubber-soled shoes and to refrain from touching any electrical or mechanical components during the guided tour.

3. I agree to follow all instructions provided by EcoAuto staff, agents, and guest speakers to ensure my safety and the safety of others.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event and its activities, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless EcoAuto, its employees, agents, contractors, guest speakers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from or related to my participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Photography and Videography Consent:

I understand and agree that photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used by EcoAuto for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and event pages. By attending the event, I consent to the use of my likeness in any such materials without compensation or further approval.
