Stop and Listen: A Mindful Meander

On World Listening Day, join an educator for a walk down the rim trail while we listen to all the different sounds around us.
About this Event

Meet at the Main Pavillion in the Whirlpool Area (Previously Whirlpool State Park) at Niagara Falls State Park. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the program. Registration is required for all programs. Programs are free.

Nature journals will be handed out, so you can write down your thoughts during this sensory experience.
