Stoney Creek Investor Tour

Join the partnership team Friday, July 12th as we tour Stoney Creek and see the improvements we have made to the property both operationally and physically to the property.

This is a chance for you to get a hands on feel for your investment and how its been put to work. And Also to meet the team in person!

After we tour the asset and improvements we will take a bus ride through Rapid City and to Mount Rushmore.

Lunch and bus transportation will be provide for Friday. Talk to your CPA about writing off airfare and other costs to inspect your investment :)

7/11 PM - investors fly in/arrive to Rapid City, SD --Holiday Inn

7/12 0900 - Tour Stoney Creek--Walk property amenties, upgrades to property, tour interior units (classic and updated)

7/12 1100 -Bus to business park nearby comps and the city in general

7/12 1230 -230 PM -Lunch and drive to Mount Rushmore

7/12 230 PM - Deadwood - Cadillac Jacks Gaming Resort – we could also do a scavenger hunt there if we wanted)

7/12 PM - bus drop off at Rapid City SD Holiday INN
