We're very excited to invite all the community to our SCG Open Day.
We're an off grid organic community garden space, with wicking beds, worm farm, composts, solar power and rainwater tanks. SCG is a place of shared growth, education, peacefulness and connection. That connection can be with people, nature, be social or in quietude.
We invite you to come in between 10am and 2pm, all ages and all access. Enjoy sizzly sausages in local bakery 'Breadwinners' buns, lovely cakes, hot/cold drinks. We have a cheapie plant sale, gardening inspired raffle prize, wicking bed info, super fun facepainting and kids activity, the Mundaring Seed Savers stall; and of course chatting and looking at how we have all been gardening, collaborating and learning.
The day will be a very chill, relaxed, fluid vibe where everyone is welcome to pop in.
We look forward to seeing you! This event is a fund-raising event.
Cash is great, we also have an eftpos square.
Bring your keep cup to help us reduce waste.
SCG is off Bentley St, down the skinny driveway alongside Norris park to the area where the Stoneville Bushfire Brigade and the Mundaring Firefighters School are.
There will be signs pointing the way. Parking around Norris Park.
