Bake Sale!! Do not miss out on Stone’s Throw’s annual Baking Program bake sale, Thursday, November 5th, 12pm. Chef Marisa and our bakers have been working hard for the last four weeks, learning everything from the history of baking, the functions of different ingredients, and everything in between. They started with simple quick breads and have quickly progressed into more complicated pies and cakes, and even cake decoration.
Historically our bake sale has sold out in 10 MINUTES, so do not be late!! There will also be a dessert auction for some of the more complicated bakes, and bidding on those items will end at 3pm.
Bake Sale items: $5 each
Cookies & Milk -mini chocolate chip cookies served with a side of creme anglaise
Banana bread
Pumpkin creamcheese muffins
Cranberry orange scones
Savory "uncinnamon" rolls - flavored with bacon, scallion and chili oil
Dessert Auction items: bids start at $50
