Stonegate Farm Yoga Rituals

Come enjoy a community yoga class like no other in and among flowers and the tranquil surroundings of Our Sunday morning classes will be led by Enza De Palma, a 200-hour YTT graduate of Stone Wave Yoga. Expect a grounding practice with space to find your own flow within nature. All offerings are for all levels and very inclusive. All are welcome & encouraged to attend! Space is limited to 15 people. You can reserve your space ahead of time, or drop in. Drop-ins can pay at the end of class. Each class begins at 9:30am and lasts 60 minutes.

Enza completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training at Stone Wave Yoga in Gardiner. Growing up dancing and majoring in modern dance in college, Enza has always been aware of the physical benefits of yoga. Over the last eight years she has come to love the mental and holistic benefits of yoga as well. Enza hopes to support others in exploring their personal practice and offer an hour of mental stillness. In Enza's practice you can expect flowing sequencing and focus on the breath. Enza hopes to leave you feeling energized and ready to face the rest of your day from a place of strength.
