📚✨ Join us for four unforgettable days of writing, reflection, creativity, and community on the coast of Maine.
Black Travel Maine and the Stonecoast MFA in Creative Writing Program at the University of Southern Maine invite writers, storytellers, creatives, and cultural thinkers to gather for a one-of-a-kind literary retreat designed to inspire your next chapter.
Whether you’re an experienced writer, an aspiring author, a poet, a screenwriter, a journal keeper, or simply someone with a story to tell, this experience offers space to create, connect, and grow.
Over the course of the weekend, participants will engage in:
✍🏾 Writing workshops and creative sessions
📖 Conversations with writers and storytellers
🌊 Coastal Maine excursions and cultural experiences
🤝 Meaningful community and creative fellowship
🧠 Reflection, inspiration, and dedicated writing time
This is more than a retreat. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with your creativity, and spend a weekend surrounded by people who believe stories matter.
