Emerging from the gritty streets of Chicago's South Side, Stone Type Thing are a rock and roll force, channeling the raw energy from the music of one of the greatest eras. Formed in 2016, the band has quickly gained a reputation for their high-octane live performances and authentic stage show, paying tribute to one of the most iconic and charismatic front men, Scott Weiland, from Stone Temple Pilots & Velvet Revolver.
STT has played countless shows over the years, from local venues and festivals, to places such as House of Blues Chicago and Joe's Live. Opening shows for Buckcherry and other national touring acts. Resonating with audiences who are likeminded in helping us keep the spirit of this awesome music alive!
