What Is Stone Soup?
Stone Soup, Housing Hope's signature fundraising gala, returns on May 15, 2026! This year we are shining a light on the importance of stable housing for children as they progress through the school system. Titled “Building for Tomorrow,” our program will focus on McKinney-Vento families and the cascading impact of homelessness on a child’s development. Earlier this year we broke ground on Scriber Place, a first of it’s kind for Washington State and our latest affordable housing project that utilizes surplus school land to develop housing specifically for families with students facing homelessness. This exciting new housing model is vital to addressing community needs where they are, while providing an additional robust layer of support for our local families and school districts.
All are welcome to attend, whether you’ve been to one of our events before or are joining us for the first time, all you need is an open heart and a passion for supporting your community! There will be a cash bar, a seated dinner, raffle, and more. Funds raised ensure that families in our community who have experienced homelessness and poverty have access to affordable housing, essential supportive services, and programs.

New For 2026
As some of our long-time attendees might have noticed, Stone Soup is on a Friday this year! The move was made to accommodate a request from the venue and allows for a more relaxed enjoyment of the evening and amazing start to your weekend. Take full advantage of the resorts amenities by booking a room package for the evening and enjoy the many entertainment, leisure, food, and drink offerings on site during your stay. Dinner Options
Dinner selections must be made when purchasing tickets. Choose between Mediterranean Chicken, Cedar-Wrapped Salmon, and Garden Risotto (vegan/non-dairy) dishes for your entrée. Each guest will receive 2 drink tickets for their choice of wine, beer, or a well drink.
A cash bar will be available before and during the event for additional drink options.

There is plenty of parking on-site, but it is first-come, first-served.
